Thank you for sending the report and sorry this issue is happening. It appears the app is having trouble allocating enough memory which is causing the failure when saving. This can be caused by a number of factors including too many apps open at once, or unused memory that hasn't been cleared.
As a first step please try closing all apps then restarting your computer and try publishing again.
If that doesn't work we offer another version of our software that has settings modified to resolve this issue.
Please try uninstalling the current application by following these steps:
(This won't delete your recordings)
Open the control panel and select uninstall:
Then delete either of these (both if they are both there) that you see:
Next please install the new version to fix the issue from this link:
