Option to Export at 24 fps (and/or 23.976)

These are very standard frame rates and should be a given. The program currently defaults to 25 fps upon export. This is unacceptable for any trying to pair screencast footage with DSLR footage or anything else that uses the 24fps standard (23.976), as it results in audio drift over time due to the conflicting frame rates.
